Transfer to Another eWallet User
Tap 'Transfer' in the Gempak eWallet app and search for the recipient by phone number or scan their personal QR code. Enter the amount, add an optional note, and confirm with your PIN or biometric. Funds arrive in the recipient's wallet instantly at no charge.
Transfer to a Bank Account via DuitNow
To send money directly to a Malaysian bank account, select 'Transfer to Bank'. Enter the recipient's phone number (DuitNow ID) or IBAN account number, choose the amount, and authenticate. Transfers complete within seconds and are free for most Malaysian banks.
Transfer Limits
Standard verified accounts can send up to RM 5,000 per transaction and RM 10,000 per day. Fully enhanced KYC-verified accounts enjoy higher daily limits of up to RM 50,000, suitable for business owners and frequent high-value transfers.
