Supported Billers

Gempak eWallet connects to more than 500 billers across Malaysia, including TNB (electricity), SYABAS and SAJ (water), Telekom Malaysia (internet), Astro, insurance providers, and local council assessment offices. The biller list expands regularly as new partnerships are added.

How to Pay a Bill

Open the app and tap 'Bills'. Select the biller, enter your account or reference number, and key in the payment amount. Review the details carefully, then confirm with your PIN. A digital receipt is generated instantly and stored in your transaction history.

Scheduled & Recurring Payments

Set up automatic bill payments so you never miss a due date. Navigate to 'Scheduled Payments', select the biller and payment date, and activate the recurring option. Gempak eWallet will deduct the amount from your wallet balance automatically each month.

Saving Money on Bill Payments

Many billers offer exclusive discounts when you pay through Gempak eWallet. Check the 'Deals' tab before every bill payment to find available vouchers and rebates. Combining bill payment savings with the standard Reward Points programme maximises your monthly savings.
